Special! Community Calm Class

This special class is for you, our Pain Care Collective Community or Sangha. The founders of PCC will be altogether in one place, meeting for the first time in person in over three years of this big endeavor! We are super excited to be able to meet and engage in moving Pain Care Collective forward as well as meet all of you. Diane will lead a 45 minute Calm class which Rachel and Michelle will be able to participate in as students. Following class will be a Q&A time for the founders and/or a back and forth conversation for the PCC community to participate in.
