Discover your breath as a doorway to self-connection and self-soothing. Pain science tells us that when we have chronic pain, our nervous systems are protecting us more than we really need. This often doesn't rise to the level of our consciousness, so it can be helpful to have a tool to check in with ourselves. Not only does the natural breath reflect the state of the nervous system, it's the fastest way to consciously influence the state of the nervous system. In this class you will experience and practice connecting with the breath and guiding it into a more relaxed state.
